Dr. Ulas Ozen is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at IMT Dubai. He received his PhD in Operations Management & Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology. Prior joining IMT Dubai, he was an Associate Professor at Ozyegin University and a research scientist at Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Laboratories. He has over 6 years of teaching, and over 13 years of research and consultancy experience.

His research interests include services and supply chain operations management, supply chain contracting and coordination, applied game theory, stochastic models and optimization, and inventory theory. His papers have appeared in various journals including Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Operations Research Letters, the European Journal of Operational Research, and Omega-the International Journal of Management Science.
