ANNUAL ALUMNI GET-TOGETHER – 2019
IMT Business School conducted their Annual Alumni meet on the 28th of May 2019 at “The Crowne Plaza Hotel” on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The theme for the meet was an “Iftar Get together” coinciding with the ongoing holy month of Ramadan.
Our distinguished alumni from various organizations met for an evening of exchanging ideas, updates and networking.
ANNUAL ALUMNI GET-TOGETHER OF PAN IMT ALUMNI IN DUBAI – 2016
This year’s Pan IMT alumni meet was held on 18 March 2016 at scenic Plaza Ball Room, Hotel Radisson Blu, Deira Creek. The student alumni committee enthusiastically organized the event that included cultural performances and fun games. More than 100 alumni working in Dubai from different batches of IMT campuses attended the event. The event provided the opportunity to the alumni to interact with faculty members. The Director gave an exciting speech highlighting how IMT Dubai is putting all the activities and initiatives together under his leadership to achieve IMT Dubai’s vision of becoming best business school in the region. He emphasized on how IMT Dubai is moving forward in the direction of providing ‘Dubai Experience. Global Impact’ to the students. He also urged the alumni to actively contribute this vision successful. The director released the Graduate, the alumni newsletter designed and edited by the alumni committee on the occasion.
IMT Dubai students performed with songs and dance to entertain the audience. The alumni committee also organized fun games that entertained the audience. Overall, it was exhilarating experience to all the participants. The event ended with a very important initiative of recognizing the achievement IMT alumnus of Mr. Deepak Mehra, (PGDM, 1992, IMT Ghaziabad), Head of Asset Management, Commercial Bank of Dubai. Mr. Deepak Mehra was presented with Illustrious Alumnus Award.
ALUMNI EVENTS – 2015
An Ecstatic Get-together of our Alumni took place on the 14th of March at the Majestic Hotel Tower, Dubai. The event witnessed a gathering of alumni who refreshed golden memories of their IMT days. The event started with a welcome from the Director of IMT Dubai and a video of the progress in IMT since its launch.
The Sixth edition of “The Graduate” (Alumni Newsletter) was launched by the Director and the Faculty. Alumni Committee of IMT Dubai lined up various activities like Fun quizzes, Dance and Drill performance, The Nightingales Ode, and Trivia Fillers. On the same day, for the alumni working in India, an alumni meet was held at India International Center, New Delhi.
The first Executive MBA alumni meet was held in IMT Dubai campus on 13th June, 2015.
ALUMNI MEETING WITH EXTERNAL REVIEW TEAM – CAA
External Review Team (ERT) from Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, visited IMT Dubai for Re-accreditation during 30th August to 2nd September, 2015. As part of this process, they had a meeting with IMT Dubai alumni on 31st August, 15 (Monday) and received feedback. The participation of alumni was overwhelming in this important meeting. The highlight of the event was the representation from all previous IMT Dubai MBA Alumni batches.
ALUMNI NETWORKING EVENT 2015
Alumni networking event was organized at ‘& Lounge by Ruth’s Chris’ at The Address, Dubai Marina on 26th November, 2015 (Thursday) at 7.00 pm. The IMT team, Dr. Abdul Waheed, Mr. Michael Todd and Ms. Kristina and student alumni committee members were present in the event. The alumni were happy about IMT’s initiative of networking event which enabled them interact with each other that would of help in their professional life.

The first batch MBA of IMT Dubai exclusively had a get-together, ‘Milan – 2014’ in IMT Dubai campus on December 06, 2014.
