Come Fall or come Spring, IMT Campus is abuzz with students figuring out which schools they could visit to take the dual advantage of completing their elective courses at a partner school and also getting an exposure of living in another country with yet another set of student body. The international relations office rolls out a planned program for them to apply and enroll for an exchange semester at one of the partner universities/institutes. IMT has signed agreements with leading accredited universities across the globe for student exchanges. A student can chose to go on an exchange semester during February (for fall semester) or during September (for spring semester). This is also the time when students from partner universities/institutes arrive on IMT Campus to be welcomed by their assigned local buddies. The welcome sessions, the buddy program and the on campus stay arrangements make the settlement phase for inbound international exchange students a cake walk and these students can integrate with IMT system smoothly. Exchange opportunities are available at both undergraduate as well as graduate levels. Additionally, IMT Dubai also hosts short duration (one-week) UAE immersion program for students from abroad. Exchange program is open to eligible students from international partner universities only. International university/institute nominates the eligible students to attend a semester at IMT Dubai and the interested students should contact the International Exchange Coordinators at their respective university/institute for details on application process.
