Dr. Viswa Prasad Gada competed his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore in 2020. He has more than five years of teaching experience at PG level. He works on CEO cognition, mergers and acquisitions, and international business management. His work got published in ABS and ABDC listed journals such as Journal of International Management and Applied Economics. His work also got accepted for the presentations at the reputed conferences such as Annual meeting of Academy of Management, Annual Conference of Strategic Management Society, and Annual Conference of Academy of International Business. He is a member of Strategic Management Society. His paper titled “Earnouts in Acquisitions: Impact of CEO Prevention Focus” received the best paper award at the 21^st Annual Convention of Strategic Management Forum held at IIM Lucknow in December 2019.  He also qualified University Grants Commission’s (India) National Eligibility Test (NET) and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Management in 2013.

His teaching interests include fundamentals in strategic management, strategy & leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and international business management.
